RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Ardito Coffee want you to absolutely adore your new stainless steel coffee press. If your new French press isn’t what you expected though, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or replacement. This does exclude sale or discounted items unless faulty.
All you need to do is advise us by filling out our return form within 7 days of receiving it. Once we receive your form details, we will be in contact with you within 2 business days to advise you of the next step. Your stainless steel French press must then be posted back to us within 30 days, in brand new, unused and original condition with all extra items that are included in the box. Once we receive and inspect it for the requirements above, we will provide you with a refund minus any shipping cost that we paid for your original delivery.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of being received and restocked by our warehouse. Return postage of products is not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty (See Faulty, Incorrect or Defective Goods below). We will, however, post a replacement to you free of charge if you have chosen a replacement.
For your peace of mind, we advise that you send your return parcel via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We do not accept C.O.D.)
Registered, traceable postage covers you in the rare event that your return is lost. Any return item lost in shipping is the responsibility of you, the sender. Ardito Coffee is not responsible for any third party lost items.
What if I don’t like the look of feel of the Stainless Steel French Press? Am I able to return it for a refund? Yes, just follow the process for returns, provided it is brand new, unused and in original packaging and condition with all extra items that were included in the box.
Just remember, for exchanges and returns:
You must notify us via our return form prior to returning your item and no more than 7 days after receiving your shipment to let us know that you have an exchange or return.
Sale items and discounted products are excluded unless faulty.
Product must be returned as it was shipped to you exactly.
Your Stainless Steel Coffee Press must be in brand new, unused and in original packaging and condition with all extra items that were included in the box.
FAULTY, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the rare event of faulty, incorrect or defective product, please ensure you contact us via our return form prior to returning your item, to advise us of what has happened. The process is the same as returns, except that we take all responsibility for the postage costs so long as the French press is returned in a traceable, United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post package.
We limit our return shipping responsibility to $20.
